COVID – 19
MESSAGE TO THE ALLIANCE FRANCAISE COMMUNITY
Dear members, students and friends,
The Alliance Francaise de Napa Valley takes the health and safety of our members, students and friends very seriously. In view of the rapid development of the coronavirus (COVID-19) we will be following the guidance of the CDC, medical professionals and public health officials. We urge everyone to follow the same.
The Alliance has a very active events and educational program and we want to keep your participation. At the present time we have decided to cancel Thu Mar 19th at 7 pm. "TOURAINE, FRANCE" by Greg Luecke
Other events have not yet been canceled. Should the proposed venues decide to close their locations for our events we will keep everyone informed via newsletters such as this one.
All classes meetings are maintained at this time. Before and after each class, we will be sanitizing all surfaces, chairs and door knobs. Students will have to sanitize their hands and practice safe social distance. If for any reasons you feel that these measures don't make you feel comfortable, you do not have to attend classes.
Please do not attend any Alliance event, classes and meetings if you or a member of your family have symptoms of COVID-19, has had direct exposure to someone with COVID-19 or if you have any reason to believe that you may otherwise have been exposed 14 days prior to the event or if you or any member of your household has traveled to a country on the CDC’s list of Level 3 Travel Health Notice within the last 14 days.
We are providing wipes in the classroom where classes are held. Please continue to follow health officials’ guidance: hand washing, distancing…
We will continue to actively monitor the situation as it develops and will inform you of any additional actions if necessary.
In the meantime, please take care of yourself and those around you.
